This ongoing project is a result of my current critical research into the themes of performativity in everyday life, and the creation of neo-myths. The works investigate theatricality, performativity within the everyday; and the politics and philosophies that entail the experience of being embodied. I am interested in how personal philosophies clash with societal structures and how these are manoeuvred; and how/where people create their safe spaces.

Within this framework, I explore the queer experience, childhood, belonging, reincarnation, memory, amnesia, the limitation of being ‘embodied’, and the desire for being un-embodied.
